- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup dairy free margarine
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp milled flax seed + 6 Tbsp water
- 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a small bowl whisk flax seed with water until cloudy.
- In another bowl with an electric mixer cream margarine, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in flax seed mixture. Beat in flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets and bake for 11-13 minutes.
